The organization needed to improve its internal training system to make it more agile, scalable, and adapted to new digital environments. The market solutions did not offer the necessary flexibility or integration capacity. A tool was sought that would allow for the combination of internal and third-party content, adapt to multiple languages, integrate with Microsoft Teams and other internal platforms, and provide a personalized experience for different teams. Furthermore, it was key to optimize management time and reduce the operational costs arising from the training process.

Solution

The platform allows access to continuously updated content, includes virtual assistants and intelligent tracking modules, and provides detailed reports on progress by user or department. Thanks to its modular design, it is possible to incorporate new functionalities according to future needs, ensuring that it not only meets current requirements but also prepares the organization for ongoing evolution in its training processes and regulatory compliance.
