A company was looking to design and implement an advanced LMS (Learning Management System) platform aimed at managing internal training in critical areas such as compliance, cybersecurity, and human resources.

Challenge

The organization needed to improve its internal training system to make it more agile, scalable, and adapted to new digital environments. The market solutions did not offer the necessary flexibility or integration capacity. A tool was sought that would allow for the combination of internal and third-party content, adapt to multiple languages, integrate with Microsoft Teams and other internal platforms, and provide a personalized experience for different teams. Furthermore, it was key to optimize management time and reduce the operational costs arising from the training process.
